We do not source trainers from third-party agencies or freelance marketplaces. Every trainer is recruited directly through our internal hiring process and is on Teachstant's payroll. You engage with Teachstant alone—no middlemen, no last-minute substitutions.

Trainer Retention Mechanism
What happens if a trainer attempts to exit mid-programme? We have legally solved this operational risk. Trainers receive 90% of their salary during the active delivery, and 10% is disbursed only upon successful completion of the programme.
